Day 1
By camel from M'hamid into Sahara
Meeting around 9am at our office where the camel team takes care of loading the luggage.
We start from the village of M’hamid riding on the camels and cross the Oued Draa. After about an hour in the middle of the palm grove you will pass near a very old Jewish kasbah. This is the ancient Ksar of Mhamid, which dates back around 300 years and was inhabited by Jews, but they left it a long time ago to make way for its current occupants, the Draouis, originating from sub-Saharan Africa and who came to live there as part of the old caravans of salt and gold. After about an hour and a half you will stop at a place called "Ras Nkhal", located downstream of the Draa Valley, where you will have lunch, rest and take your nap.

You will then continue your camel trek for 3 hours. Arrival before sunset at the Dune of Douib, a wild and calm place that will not fail to please you and give you a change of scenery.

There the camel team will set up your tent, gather the wood to make the campfire for you and prepare dinner and the delicious sand bread. You can sleep under the tent or under the stars.

Notice:Please note that the sanitary conditions for the night in the wild camp are in accordance with the nomads' traditional living conditions. And is our small contribution to the environment in the area

Day 2
By camel and Landcruiser in the high dunes of Erg Chegaga
You will wake up early in the morning to admire the sunrise, then you will have breakfast before riding camels and continuing crossing the desert- with tamarist trees and small dunes. You will then reach a place called "Lbour", a very old agricultural area, but of course depending of rain from time to tume, and where you also will notice large tamarist trees.

Here we stop before we continue by  4×4. We will on our way visit a nomadic family, and they will probably serve you tea – the  traditional way to wish you welcome. Afterwards you will visit the sacred oasis of Oum Laalag where you can take very nice photos, and we continue to bivouac at the feet of the high dunes of Chegaga. Here you will rest and have lunch. In the afternoon you can walk up in the dunes and enjoy the beauty of the sunset. And maybe try some sandboarding.

When the dark comes you will be served dinner, and after you can enjoy the musical entertainment performed by your nomad team. You will spend the night under the tents of the comfortable bivouac and equipped with showers and toilets outside

Day 3
By Landcruiser from Erg Chegaga and back to M’hamid
After a superb sunrise, breakfast is served outdoors or in the restauranttent of the bivouac.
After breakfast it is time to say goodby to desert and return to the village of nomads, M'hamid.

And hopefully with a little more experience and knowledge about life in the desert and the nomads living here.
