To the Roman ruins of Voloubilis, coastlife in Asilah, and Chefchouen, Rif Mountains

We pick you up at your hotel at 9 am and take the tour to the cedar forest for Azrou. Here we meet your guide for a hiking trip with picnic lunch included. Here you find the wilderness of Morocco – among this the life of the monkeys living in this forest.
Around 2 pm we have returned to the car, and we take the road to Meknes where we arrive early afternoon and take you to hotel in the city. This afternoon and evening you have the possibility to explore the local area in the city on you own.

This morning, after breakfast, start with a small walk  in Meknes.
The Bab al-Mansour, the main Gate between Meknes' Medina and Imperial City districts, is proclaim as one of North Africa's finest examples of surviving gateway, and the intricate architectural detail includes lavish use of zellige tiling and carving work.
The Medina (Old Town) is a bustling place full of local shopping souks and twisty lanes
The Imperial City district has plenty of interesting old ruins to explore.
After this morning walk we continue via Moulay Idriss for lunch and then further to the ancient Roman ruins of Volubilis. Here you will have a guided tour before heading towards the Atlantic Coast and the nice city, Asilah. We arrive early evening to your hotel.

This morning is free to explore Asilah that is one of the most beautiful old cities of Morocco. This fish port is well-kept and situated along the cliffs towards the Atlantic.
After a lunch here the trip continues north east and to Chefchaouen. On the way we are passing Tétouan before coming to
“The blue city” Chefchaouen and to your hotel

After breakfast it is time to take a  tour to the nearby waterfalls at Akchour in the Northern Rif Mountains of Morocco, with huge walls and solid rocks and waterfalls – a beautiful area with nice nature and fresh air. Then return to take a closer look at Chefchaouen, a beautiful town with its own distinct style, with well-maintained houses all in white with usually blue doors, and the houses are climbing the mountainside. Walking around in Chefchouen you could visit the Medina – a fascinating and concentrated charming area. And also the Kasbah - a heavily restored walled fortress with a lovely garden, a small Ethnographic Museum with fascinating views of old Chefchaouen, including the plaza and the Kasbah, and a gallery that promotes the work of local artists.
This evening is for you to explore the nightlife in Chefchouen. Hotel

After breakfast you still have some time for a tour before we pick you up at your hotel at 11 am am, and we start the return to Fes. We go south passing the Rif Mountains – via Ouezzane – and back to Fes approx 5 pm
