Cameltrekking and 4x4 in Sahara

Depart M’hamid in the morning. On camel to Rass Enekel crossing old Kasbah and palmerie. Stop for lunch in oasis. Continue with camel to dunes the Douibe. On your way you will learn about the life, nature and culture in Sahara –and try to imagine how the saharoui nomads lived – and still live.

After breakfast in this quiet and calm atmosphere your trip continues with camel - via Elbour crossing desert with tamarist trees and small dunes. After about 1 ½ -2 h trekking we arrive an oasis where you will have lunch before you continue with 4x4 to Erg Chagaga– the highest group of sand dunes - approx. 300 meter high and 40 km in length. Her you can enjoy a sunset trip, sandboarding – or just the silence. When the evening comes you will have a nice dinner the nomad way, nomad song and music before your go to sleep in our comfortable nomad tent in the bivouac. Or you can choose to sleep out in the star – under the stars.

After an amacing sunrise in the dunes you will be served breakfast in the open space in the bivouac or in restaurant tent. After this last morning and some days experience in the desert - there is time to return with 4x4 to the village M’hamid. Arrive approx 10.30 am
